In early 80s Gallo family decided to horizontally extend the activity and founded Molitoria S. Paolo S.p.A.

The company, located next to Syracuse, currently produces soft wheat. Over the years, driven by the investments on production plants and on research and development, several product categories were implemented.

Today, Molitoria S. Paolo produces more than 30 products, going from the simple flours for cookie-making, to professional mixes for pizza-makers, up to bread-making improvers. Examples of customers are: confectionery companies, industrial and artisan bread-makers, distributors, wholesalers and zootechnic industries.

The Group
