Ingredients:

  • 200gr 00 flour Red Type
  • 100gr unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 300gr sugar
  • 100gr butter
  • 100ml milk
  • 4 fresh eggs
  • 1 orange
  • 1 envelope of vanilla-flavored baking powder (yeast)

Preparation

Beat the egg whites with sugar and mix them with yolks, then add in sequency:

  • Melted butter
  • grated orange peel
  • cocoa
  • 00 flour Red Type
  • Yeast

Pour the mix onto a buttered mold and bake at 160°C for 45/60 minutes.
