Made with whole wheat, these biscuits are perfect for breakfast.


  • 200gr of whole wheat
  • 3 spoons of honey
  • 8 spoons of olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ yeast envelope
  • Vanilla essence

Put the oil and the honey in a bowl and well-mix them. Then add the entire egg and, gradually, the flour, the yeast and the vanilla essence.


Knead the pastry until it becomes homogeneous and extend it on a shelf in order to get the biscuit shapes. Put some baking paper on a tray, arrange the biscuits on it and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
