The Semolina Remnant Base Type is obtained mixing Italian hard wheat grains that confer to it good extensibility, absorption and endurance. It is suitable for production of soft-dough bread with middle-lasting maturation. It is a good choice for multiple uses: from the production of common bread types to the simple sprinkling on other blocks.
